Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our collaborative team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and innovation through strategic analysis, solution development, and implementation. With a focus on web and cloud application development, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop strategic solutions, and drive implementation.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of business cases, requirements documents, and project plans to drive business growth and innovation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop strategic solutions, and drive implementation
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and develop insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on business analysis best practices and methodologies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform business strategy and solution development

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on web and cloud application development
• Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation through strategic analysis and solution development
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on web and cloud application development
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS and Azure
• Experience with web development frameworks, including React and Angular
• Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or CCBA
