Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Studio Exploration and Examination team. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to analyze and interpret complex data, driving business insights and informing strategic decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of arenaflex's digital platforms, including Disney+, and driving business growth through data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analysis exercises, including data collection, data preparation, and data visualization

• Collaborate with various teams to conduct research, including communicating project objectives, business requirements, and timelines to effectively focus, develop, and improve our datasets
• Develop and maintain relationships with research partners within the team and across different divisions of the organization, as well as with external vendors
• Analyze and present complex data insights to various stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and marketing teams
• Oversee assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, quality assurance, and reporting to supervisors
• Work closely with the Sr. Administrator and team to ensure that all outcomes are actionable and drive key business decisions
• Collaborate with the team and research groups within Snowflake and Databricks
• Maintain exceptional verbal and written communication skills on data components and requirements
• Respond to basic data requests from internal clients
• Present findings based on conducted research and contribute to related business discussions
• Stay up-to-date with SVOD and In-Home industry trends in a rapidly evolving landscape

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field and 3 years of relevant work experience

• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract and combine unique data sources
• Ability to extract data and join with other data sources to develop a rich, comprehensive picture for the business
• Strong quantitative thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in a climate of tight deadlines and continuous change

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data handling tools (e.g., SPSS, Q, MarketSight)

• Experience with survey tools (e.g., Interpret, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey)
• Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
• Experience with R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages
• Postgraduate education in Statistical Analysis or Mathematics
• Quantitative analysis background, either provider-side or client-side
• Experience analyzing survey data to extract meaningful insights
• Experience with membership-based business models and strategies

Compensation and Benefits

The recruiting range for this position in Burbank, CA is $93,400 to $125,200 per year. The base salary will be determined based on internal value and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and qualifications, among other factors. A bonus or long-term incentive units may be granted as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of clinical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
