Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience working in a live creation climate, temporary job, or similar environment
- Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing frameworks like Quantel
- Comprehension of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding frameworks, and document designs
- Bilingual (written and spoken) - English/Spanish
