The Opportunity
As the Director of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the customer journey in collaboration with our Implementation, Sales, and Product teams. You will lead initiatives and campaigns focused on uncovering new opportunities that are all about putting people first. This full-time, salaried position is ideally suited for candidates who prefer to work remotely, especially those in the CST or EST time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a close-knit team of six, reporting directly to the Vice President of Customer Operations
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Foster a culture of growth and development within the Customer Success team
- Analyze metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity and understanding even in tough conversations
What You'll Need:
* A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a Customer Success team, ideally in a SaaS environment
- A track record of driving customer success and revenue growth
- Proven leadership skills in evolving a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot
- An analytical approach to work, focusing on metrics and data to guide decisions
