Job Summary
As an Experienced Ergonomics Specialist – Aviation and Health Services, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve the health and safety of arenaflex employees and customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in reducing the risk of workplace injuries and illnesses, as well as promoting a culture of well-being and ergonomics throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement ergonomic solutions to reduce the risk of workplace injuries and illnesses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative health and safety initiatives
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for improving workplace safety and ergonomics
- Develop and maintain comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures
- Provide training and education to employees on health and safety best practices
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement programs to promote employee well-being and ergonomics
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to stay up-to-date on the latest health and safety technologies and best practices
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as ergonomics, health services, aviation, or a related field
- Proven experience in ergonomics, health services, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to travel and work non-standard hours as needed
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
- Experience with data analysis and metrics
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant field
- Certification in ergonomics or a related field
- Experience working in the aviation industry
