We work on projects across the entire business spectrum, from our complex global operations to the advanced booking experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating solutions for real-world, large-scale problems using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

Responsibilities

As an AI Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will:

• Work with a team of experts and cross-functionally with our partners to identify and define business problems suitable for AI solutions
• Effectively participate in developing frameworks around which tools, technologies, and infrastructure our team should use in our proof-of-concepts and pilots for AI solutions
• Build proof-of-concepts and models that can be used to demonstrate the impact of AI in arenaflex's various business units
• Develop a set of reusable models/solutions for rapid prototyping
• Foster an AI-first mindset and help democratize AI for arenaflex
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and prioritize AI opportunities
• Develop and maintain AI-powered solutions using machine learning and deep learning techniques
• Work with data scientists and data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and machine learning models
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize AI-powered product features
• Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
• Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize technical debt and implement solutions to address it

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3-4 years of work/educational experience in AI and Machine Learning
• Experience with at least one widely-used programming language, including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, Python, or R
• Strong experience with Python for programming development and knowledge of complex techniques subtlety of programming development in Python
• Experience with at least one of the following: Natural Language Processing, sentiment analysis, clustering, or pattern recognition
• Experience with AI frameworks, such as TensorFlow, Microsoft CNTK, scikit, Keras, Caffe, Gluon, Light, SageMaker, or Sky blue AI
• Experience with basic Web UI and API development
• Experience and comfort presenting to technical audiences

• Having a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Being at least 18 years old and having approval to work in the US
