Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting complex and detailed analysis of existing processes, systems, and desired outcomes to meet the objectives of allocated projects
• Working with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts to prioritize feature development based on business value
• Eliciting and creating user stories and scenarios that clearly depict the functional and non-functional requirements of our applications
• Communicating business requirements through artifacts such as epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframe diagrams, and mockups
• Collaborating with a multi-functional team within a Scrum framework
• Leading work meetings and reporting on new features, requirements, and techniques
• Overseeing testing, bug tracking, and enhancements while ensuring issues are resolved before elevating to production environments
• Working on multiple projects and balancing continually evolving needs
• Using data and analysis to drive process-driven decisions and support business rationale
• Developing issue explanations including issue descriptions and improvement measures
• Drilling down past the issue surface to understand the root cause
• Presenting suggestions and supporting data to determine strong, coherent, and justifiable business reasons
• Providing guidance to project planning and effort assessment within scope
• Supporting the identification of risks and mitigation approaches
• Collaborating with, as well as creating and maintaining internal client relationships with specialty unit leaders

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 3 years of hands-on experience as a project manager, product owner, or similar
• Knowledge of Agile philosophy and principles, with the ability to apply relevant methodologies in software development and delivery
• Familiarity with product features, with the ability to design, build, and develop new products, technologies, or services from feasibility through to production
• Knowledge of tools, techniques, and processes of requirement analysis, with the ability to elicit, analyze, and record expected business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project
• Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform well in the present position
• Regularly focuses on the health and safety of self, others, and personal data

What Will Give You an Edge

While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge:

• Strong understanding of DevOps and SDLC development approaches
• Experience with DevOps tools, including Big Business Agile planning tools like Agility.Al or similar
• Past experience as a product owner, including ownership for its development and execution
• Adaptability to adjust and anticipate changing business goals
• Airline business experience, as well as business process re-designing and broad experience working with Agile teams, is attractive
