The Role

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and efficient issue resolution
  • Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Being an amazing problem-solver, using your critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions
  • Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including staying up-to-date on new technologies and features
  • Offering additional products and/or services to customers, based on their needs and preferences
  • Delivering expert customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls and online interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting customer needs
  • Technical support experience is preferred, but not required
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer skills and navigation
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable internet connection and a smartphone
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using desktop or laptop computers
  • A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing, with a work computer provided depending on the position offered
  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
