Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling customer transactions, including check-in, baggage handling, and ticketing
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on airline policies and procedures
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with airline systems and software
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in the airline industry

  • Experience with airline systems and software
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience working in a unionized environment
