The Role

As a Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with clients on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your goal will be to sell coaching programs to our clients, working closely with our client success team. This is an entry-level role, but we're looking for individuals with a strong interest in sales, leadership, and learning.

Key Responsibilities

* Start new conversations with clients on social media platforms (2 hours/day)

• Follow up with existing leads and close sales (2 hours/day)
• Grow your social media presence and engage with clients (2 hours/day)
• Manage and communicate with your team, including daily tasks and goals (1.5 hours/day)
• Collaborate with our client success team to achieve sales goals

Requirements

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

• Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
• Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
• Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
• Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
• High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
