Job Summary
As a Scheduling Chat Professional, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email in a professional and courteous manner. You'll provide prompt responses to all inquiries, offer appropriate solutions via chat/email, document all interactions, and stay up to date on all scheduling policies. Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide prompt responses to all inquiries
- Offer appropriate solutions via chat/email
- Document all interactions
- Stay up to date on all scheduling policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a scheduling or support environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities
- A growth-mindset and drive to improve
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with scheduling software and systems
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
Available Shifts
* Monday – Saturday, closed Sunday, Mondays required
- Rotating weekends
- 10:00 am-6:30pm MT
- 10:30am-7:00pm MT
- 11am-7:30pm MT
- 11:30am-8:00pm MT
- 12pm-8:30pm MT
