Job Description
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across various departments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Quality Management Office (QMO):
Work with the QMO team to ensure the quality of applications used by airline staff, including pilots and flight attendants. This involves collaborating with Scrum experts, engineers, and product owners to test and validate applications, as well as providing metrics to showcase progress and ensure management is informed.
Client and Business:
Join the Southwest Getaways team, which is focused on developing new revenue-generating products for arenaflex beyond its core air travel services. This is a fast-paced, highly focused business drive where you'll have the opportunity to learn about the air travel industry and the broader travel industry.
Other Responsibilities:
Depending on the project, your tasks may include working with business clients to conduct requirements analysis, ensuring solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental guidelines, managing timelines for planning, coding, testing, and execution, and participating in framework and acceptance testing.
Essential Qualifications and Skills

Microsoft Office Suite:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Business Analysis:
Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred.
Technical Environment:
Essential knowledge of technical environments is required.
Agile Methodologies:
Openness to Agile methodologies is preferred.
Project Management:
Essential understanding of project management procedures.
Critical Thinking and Communication:
Critical ability to think strategically and verbally communicate effectively is required.
Time Management:

Investigator Experience:
Past investigator internship experience within the last year is preferred.
