Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Pharmacy Technician/Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Pharmacy Technician/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Technician/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat.
- Order Processing: Process orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Order Clarification: Clarify orders as needed to ensure accurate processing.
- Triage: Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License: You must have an active license as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of New Jersey.
- Previous Experience in Pharmacy: You must have previous experience working in a pharmacy setting.
- LTC Pharmacy Experience: Experience working in a long-term care pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of Medications: You must have knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
- Attention to Detail: You must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Computer Skills: You must have moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Telephone Etiquette: You must have excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Framework/ECM Knowledge: Knowledge of frameworks and ECM systems is a plus.
- Education: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
