Job Overview

As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, retention, and sales support to our valued customers. You will work remotely from your home office, equipped with the necessary tools and technology to succeed in this role. Our fast-paced, fully remote Contact Center is a high-energy, fun, and collaborative work environment with strong management.

Responsibilities

* Work remotely from your home office, equipped with the necessary tools and technology to succeed in this role

• Support our field's peak season, which starts building around February
• Manage the customer relationship to ensure best-in-class service
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Assist customers by offering remedies to retain business
• Use gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement virtually
• Participate in our four-week quality training program, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge to be successful
• Work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications

* High School/GED

• 1-2 years customer service experience within or outside a call center
• Completion of a Culture Index assessment
• Verification of internet speed
• Ability to pass a computer assessment
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen
• Ability to work in a high-volume role and manage time efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
