Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our Marketplace Department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, and other channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer problems on the first attempt, while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, and other channels, providing solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.

  • Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all inquiries are resolved on the first attempt.
  • Contact customers via phone when necessary to resolve issues and provide additional support.
  • Collaborate with the Management team to escalate complex customer issues and identify trends that may affect customer satisfaction levels.
  • Provide proactive and consistent follow-up to all customer inquiries, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.
  • Document a complete summary of customer inquiries, actions taken, and expectations set forth on the respective order.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards, adhering to arenaflex's QA program and demonstrating improvements when necessary.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including supporting other teams and departments.

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail experience, with a strong background in call center operations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate details to customers in a professional and calm manner.
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to navigate through programs and windows.
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to meet minimum required interactions of 80+ per day, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in customer data.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools.
