The Role

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist - Choose Your Schedule, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Meeting or exceeding service level and contact per hour commitments
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and handling change well

Essential Qualifications

* High school graduate or equivalent

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts

  • Experience providing support in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with software troubleshooting and technical support
  • Ability to work in a training environment that includes watching self-paced training module videos
  • Willingness to step-in as needed, including answering questions from customers via chat
