Job Summary

We're seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately inputting and maintaining customer data. You'll interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience

  • Additional certifications in customer service or data entry
  • Experience with CRM software and data entry systems
