Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing top-notch service to our customers and supporting our HVAC technicians in the field. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer phone calls, updating client accounts, scheduling services, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities & Description
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer phone calls from current and potential customers, providing exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Updating client accounts and scheduling services for HVAC technicians, ensuring accurate and efficient communication
- Providing technicians with well-detailed notes regarding scheduled services, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Scheduling in-home services and assisting with providing dispatching updates, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Processing payments, refunds, and low-level escalations, maintaining accurate records and resolving issues promptly
- Upselling specials/promotions to customers, driving revenue growth and customer engagement
Requirements & Qualifications

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service and support
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
