Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to play a critical role in supporting healthcare providers by ensuring that patients receive the necessary prescription coverage. In this position, you will manage incoming faxes, verify essential information, and handle inbound calls to confirm prescription coverage. Key Responsibilities

* Manage and process incoming faxes containing information from healthcare providers, patients, and medications

• Verify that all essential information is complete, including dates of birth and medication dosages
• Proactively follow up with providers to obtain any missing data
• Enter data accurately to confirm prescription coverage
• Handle around 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather the same information
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or concerns
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Required Skills

* Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably within a call center setting

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities
• Proficient in managing both fax and phone communications efficiently
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Qualifications

* Must be a resident of Massachusetts

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
