Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to new customers in a timely manner, answering questions about arenaflex, our products, website, handouts, and health information
- Sending possible leads to the New Sales Team
- Assisting in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online upon request from the customer
- Sending tickets to the correct departments
- Supporting the New Sales team by contacting customers and resolving their concerns as needed
- Supporting customers in placing their first order
- Successfully training and drilling with the Digital New Sales Manager to perform to one's highest potential
- Attending all local staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings weekly
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong typing skills (50+ words per minute)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer support or sales
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Strong knowledge of health and wellness topics
- Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
