Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Product Principal - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for driving business value and growth by connecting strategies and defining scope across multiple product teams and domains. You'll work closely with Product Directors and cross-functional program leaders to guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization. Your expertise will be essential in generating innovative ideas for growth, driving change management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Delivery and Execution (10%):
Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope is known and aligned. Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products are aligned with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
Strategy and Planning (60%):
Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes. Cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams (inputs for planning sessions). Provide visibility of the work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
Team and Stakeholder (30%):
Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience.

Minimum Qualifications
* Must be eighteen years of age or older.
