Job Summary
As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing timely and effective support to our customers. You'll be responsible for answering after-hours phone calls, scheduling appointments, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer after-hours phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians

- Collaborate with the on-call team to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Ideal Candidate
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using computer software and technology to manage customer interactions and data
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
