Overview
As a Part Time Customer Service/Sales Lead, your primary objective will be to oversee and stimulate associates to provide exceptional customer service, guided by the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor. You'll embody arenaflex's philosophy and foundational values in your interactions, promoting a customer-first mentality that prioritizes friendliness, speedy checkout processes, and outstanding customer service delivery. By proactively engaging with customers, you'll aim to create a pleasant shopping experience by swiftly and effectively resolving any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Model arenaflex's core values, philosophy, and back-of-house standards, executing strategies to inspire the receiving team.
- Drive improvements in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all customers with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and orderly front-end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions.
- Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
Requirements:
Candidates are expected to possess the availability for a flexible work schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Additionally, they should have the physical capability to lift and transport boxes exceeding 40 lbs. and be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
