Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary liaison between our customers and our field staff and sales professionals. Your mission will be to provide the highest level of service by building tremendous value through engaging and compelling employee and customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency in handling customer inquiries and service requests
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Generating sales leads and developing new customers through effective communication and relationship-building
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Processing orders, forms, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Collaborating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer service and support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
