How you’ll make an impact in this role Manage the end-to-end processes, including job postings, talent attraction, screening, candidate submissions, and offers. Assess organizational plans to develop recruitment strategies that meet both short- and long-term hiring goals and targets. Utilize technology-based search techniques and external relationships to perform local and nationwide targeted searches. Partner with site leaders to clarify job objectives, requirements, and hiring preferences. Use the Einstein order management system to identify open needs and manage candidate submissions. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional preferences we're seeking 3+ years of Travel allied or nursing recruitment experience, either in house or via agency. Strong knowledge, skills and abilities in sourcing talent via various platforms. Knowledge of Einstein strongly preferred.
