The Senior Project Manager will provide leadership and direction across a range of customer-facing deployments, while also driving technology change through specialised internal and external projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved from initiation through to implementation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to provide clear, consultative guidance, build alignment, and secure buy-in at all levels. This is a highly customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will apply a blend of waterfall, iterative, and agile delivery approaches depending on project requirements and outcomes. We’re focused on building great teams that do great work. As our Senior Project Manager, you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes: Lead the full lifecycle delivery of customer-facing and internal technology projects Own project governance, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution Provide clear, consultative advice to leadership and project sponsors to support decision-making and buy-in Manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects Drive structured delivery using appropriate methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) Ensure high-quality reporting, documentation, and communication across all phases Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Support continuous improvement across project delivery practices How will you support our “Why?” Collaborative working style with a strong customer focus Self-starter mindset who can think outside the box and challenge the status quo Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management capability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What's it like to work here?
