Seasonal Remote Customer Support Representative (English-Speaking) | Mexico
We are currently hiring Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to join a fast-paced eCommerce support team during Peak season. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Mexico who are confident communicating in English and enjoy helping customers through phone, chat, email, and SMS support. This seasonal project will run through September 11, 2026, with paid training provided before agents transition into live customer support. We’re looking for customer-focused individuals who can stay organized, communicate professionally, and deliver a positive customer experience across multiple channels. What You’ll Be Doing Answering customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and SMS Assisting customers with purchase-related questions and order support Following up on pending inquiries and unresolved customer interactions Accurately documenting customer interactions and updates Providing friendly, professional, and solution-focused support Building positive customer relationships through clear communication Training & Project Timeline Training Start Date: Monday, June 8, 2026 One week of training followed by one week of supported on-the-job experience Seasonal project ending September 11, 2026 Compensation $5.50 USD per hour Paid weekly Important Information This is a fully remote seasonal opportunity Candidates must be fluent in English Applications and resumes must be submitted in English Only candidates based in Mexico will be considered for this posting Hiring Process To ensure fairness and consistency, all applicants must complete every stage of the hiring process. Requirements
