Developing and maintaining clinical research databases and systems. Analyzing and interpreting sponsor contracts/budgets to accurately configure relevant financial information in our CTMS system. Training global site staff on proper system usage and new features as needed. Providing support to site staff for clinical research systems. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Computer Science, Statistics). Previous experience working in clinical research. Proficiency in database management and clinical trial management systems (e.g., EDC). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex medical data. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken) — essential for documentation, data interpretation, and communication across global teams.
