By leveraging proprietary chemistry and patented application processes, they provide a smarter alternative to traditional replacement methods. Their mission is to deliver factory-quality finishes on surfaces such as siding, doors, windows, and kitchen cabinets, offering durable and long-lasting results without the high cost of full renovation. About the Role: The client is seeking a creative and self-driven Social Media Content Creator to strengthen their organic digital presence and enhance social proof. This role focuses on transforming raw job-site content into a consistent and professional brand story that supports paid advertising performance. It is a deliverables-based position where quality and consistency of output are the primary priorities. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule one post per day across Facebook and Instagram
- Draft and publish 2–3 engagement posts per week in local Facebook Groups to increase community visibility
- Post weekly on Google My Business highlighting before-and-after transformations and project updates
- Edit raw photos and videos into polished, high-quality marketing content
- Produce one high-quality video edit every 2–3 weeks
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats such as reels, stories, and posts to maximize content reach
- Use AI tools to generate, refine, and optimize captions, hashtags, and creative copy
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversion
✅ Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working with US-based companies and understanding of American consumer trends
- Background in home services, painting, or construction is a strong advantage
- Strong video and photo editing skills with the ability to produce high-quality content
- Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing and content optimization
- Ability to take ownership, provide recommendations, and proactively improve content strategy
- Comfortable working independently in a remote and asynchronous environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
