Accounts and HR Associate
This is a remote position. SPARK+ is looking for an HR & Accounts Associate to manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, bookkeeping, invoicing, and daily operational tasks. The role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in growing in both HR and accounts operations while working remotely. Responsibilities;
- Manage recruitment coordination including job postings, application screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
- Support onboarding and documentation process for employees and interns
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain financial records
- Assist in invoice generation, billing, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain expense records and petty cash management
- Support account reconciliation and preparation of basic financial reports
- Manage data entry and maintain organized records using Excel or accounting software
- Support day-to-day HR operations and team coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field
- Freshers and candidates with internship experience can apply
- Basic understanding of HR operations and accounting principles
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar software is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
