End-to-End Project Management: Oversee key commercial projects from concept through to execution, working closely with the leadership team as part of the Projects team to drive measurable financial and operational results. Market & Data Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, shifting customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and build air-tight business cases. Business Efficiency & Optimisation: Identify areas for process or spend improvement, ensuring we can scale each area of our business as profitably and efficiently as possible. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to ensure the smooth and successful execution of all projects. Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of business finance, profitability, and what drives revenue growth in a consumer-facing business. Execution-Focused: A self-starter mentality with a demonstrated ability to take an idea from a blank sheet of paper to a fully operational reality. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to build business cases, forecast outcomes, and measure project success. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from front-line staff to external suppliers and company founders. Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and pivoting quickly in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.

A 4-Day Working Week: We believe in working smart and giving you the time to recharge. Competitive Compensation: £40,000-£50,000 per year base salary. Impact & Influence: The unique opportunity to work closely at a senior level with the company founders, directly influencing key business decisions.
