Quality Specialist - Specialty Pharmacy (Remote)
House Rx is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our remote team and help ensure high standards of care, accuracy, and patient satisfaction in our specialty pharmacy services. About the Role
The Quality Specialist plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence by performing detailed audits of order processing and patient calls, gathering and analyzing key performance metrics, and supporting ongoing quality assurance initiatives. This role helps maintain high service standards by identifying trends, ensuring adherence to workflow protocols, and partnering with stakeholders to continuously improve the patient and clinic experience. What You’ll Do Conduct audits on order processing and patient/caregiver phone calls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company standards Document findings clearly and provide actionable feedback to relevant teams Track and report on quality metrics and team performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement Partner with operations, training, and leadership teams to implement process improvements Support the development and maintenance of quality assurance documentation and audit tools Assist with the creation and delivery of quality-focused training or coaching materials as needed Maintain strong working knowledge of platform workflows, SOPs, and clinic-specific requirements Escalate quality concerns and support remediation efforts in real-time Ensure that all services delivered meet or exceed House Rx’s standards for excellence About You You bring a strong foundation in pharmacy operations and are passionate about quality assurance You’re experienced in processing claims, prior authorizations, and dispensing, with an eye for detail You’ve worked with specialty medications and understand the importance of accuracy in every step You’re skilled in identifying errors, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies—and solving them Ability to analyze data and synthesize insights Proficiency in reporting tools, spreadsheets, and data visualization preferred You enjoy working in dynamic, start-up environments where you can help build QA processes from scratch You are proactive, collaborative, and committed to delivering a consistently excellent patient experience Experience with auditing, QA, or compliance a plus Why You Should Join Our Team At House Rx, we’re redefining how specialty pharmacy is done—with a focus on transparency, affordability, and quality care.
