Inside Sales & Lead Intake Specialist
Pronexis is seeking compassionate, professional, and highly organized Inside Sales & Lead Intake Specialists to follow up with leads, manage inbound emergency calls, conduct outbound relationship development, and schedule appointments for field teams. This role combines customer service, emergency intake coordination, inside sales, and outbound business development. Candidates must be calm under pressure, empathetic, persistent, and comfortable speaking with families and businesses during difficult situations. - Make outbound calls to prospects, referral partners, and previous leads
