Insurance & Financial Services Licensing Trainee (Remote 1099 Independent Contractor)

Job Summary ANW Financial Consulting is a licensed insurance and financial services firm offering a remote, training-focused pre-licensing trainee opportunity for individuals interested in building a foundation in the insurance and financial services industry. This entry-level position is designed for individuals with little to no prior experience and focuses exclusively on education, training, and licensing preparation. Trainees participate in a structured, self-paced remote program that introduces core insurance concepts, financial education fundamentals, ethical business practices, and regulatory compliance standards. This role is intended strictly for training purposes prior to licensure. In accordance with state and federal regulations, trainees will not engage in insurance sales, provide financial advice, recommend products, or solicit clients before obtaining the required license(s). This opportunity is offered as a 1099 independent contractor trainee position. Compensation is commission-based and becomes available only after successful licensure, appointment, and authorization in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Licensure, appointments, and future earnings are not guaranteed. Training Program Overview The remote training program is designed to provide foundational industry knowledge and licensing preparation, including:

• Introduction to insurance terminology and core concepts
• Financial education topics such as budgeting, risk management, and basic long-term financial planning
• State insurance regulations, ethics, and compliance standards
• Professional communication and client service fundamentals
• Overview of insurance products and onboarding procedures
• Preparation support for the state Life Insurance licensing examination

Training is conducted remotely through self-paced learning modules, guided resources, and educational support materials. Trainee Responsibilities (Training & Educational Activities Only)

• Complete assigned training modules and coursework
• Participate in licensing preparation and educational sessions
• Review compliance policies and regulatory guidelines
• Observe licensed insurance professionals for educational purposes
• Build foundational knowledge of compliant client interactions
• Maintain professionalism and timely progress throughout the training program

No sales activity or regulated financial services are performed during the trainee phase. Licensing Information

• No previous insurance or financial services experience required
• A state-issued Life Insurance license is required before engaging in any regulated insurance activity
• Licensing preparation support and training resources are provided
• All client-facing activities require proper licensure and company authorization

Compensation
