Senior HR Business Partner - Talent Management
Our client, a well-established organization committed to fostering a talented and engaged workforce, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner specializing in Talent Management. This position, located in Jacksonville, Florida, US , operates on a hybrid model, offering a dynamic blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR professional with a deep understanding of talent acquisition, development, performance management, and employee relations. You will partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, drive employee engagement, and build a robust talent pipeline. Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, providing expert guidance on all talent management initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding processes. Design and execute talent development programs, including leadership training, succession planning, and career pathing. Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring fairness, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven recommendations. Partner with HR specialists (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, HRIS) to ensure integrated HR solutions. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization. Facilitate organizational change initiatives and support business transformations. Stay current with HR best practices, employment law, and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant focus on talent management and HR business partnering. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing talent acquisition, development, and performance management programs. Strong understanding of employee relations, labor laws, and HR compliance. Excellent consulting, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and rapport with leaders at all levels. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and talent management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. Proven ability to drive change and foster a positive organizational culture.
