As a seasonal part-time customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Assisting customers with navigating arenaflex websites and digital resources, including our online store and educational platforms
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, using empathy and patience to resolve customer issues
- Entering various types of data accurately and efficiently into multiple web-based applications, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Communicating information clearly and professionally to customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing
