What We're Looking For: The arenaflex Weekend Customer Care Specialist We're currently seeking talented and motivated Customer Care Agents to join our team for 2nd shift and weekend hours. Schedule Details: The arenaflex 4-Day Workweek Advantage We believe in working smarter, not longer. That's why we've designed a unique 4-day workweek schedule that gives you more time for what matters most—whether that's family, hobbies, or simply recharging your batteries. Each shift will be 10 hours, totaling a 40-hour work week. We offer flexibility in scheduling per day, and the following are the open times for each of the 4 days: Saturday: 12:30pm - 11:00pm Eastern time Sunday: 9:00am - 7:30pm Eastern time Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am - 8:00pm Eastern time Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am - 8:00pm Eastern time This schedule is perfect for individuals who thrive in weekend and evening environments and want to be part of a team that's making a real impact during peak customer service hours. Key Responsibilities: Making Every Interaction Count As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the voice and face of our company. Every interaction is an opportunity to create a raving fan. Your responsibilities will include: Multi-Channel Customer Support: Professionally handle customer inquiries over the phone, on live chat, and through email with equal enthusiasm and expertise. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and your goal will be to resolve their issues completely while creating a positive, memorable experience. Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of our extensive lighting product catalog, including residential, commercial, and specialty lighting solutions. You'll become the go-to resource for customers seeking recommendations, technical specifications, and installation guidance. Problem Resolution: Utilize your strong analytical skills to troubleshoot unique customer issues, find creative solutions, and transform potentially negative situations into positive outcomes.
