Job Summary
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position, offering flexible working hours under 4 hours per day. Key Responsibilities
As an Online Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, reservations, and services
- Providing accurate information regarding policies, procedures, and promotions
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Documenting all customer interactions in the system
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes
- Participating in training sessions and ongoing learning opportunities
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
