Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of growth-stage customers, driving renewals, and uncovering expansion opportunities. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the platform and have a seamless user experience. Success in this role means balancing commercial outcomes with outstanding customer advocacy, all while collaborating across product, engineering, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Own a portfolio of growth-tier customer accounts, driving retention and identifying upsell opportunities.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they achieve key business outcomes using the platform.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor by building customer success plans, encouraging adoption, and delivering product best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and sales to communicate customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally to shape future product direction.
  • Support the development of scalable customer engagement strategies and knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued success and growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, such as upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS.

  • Proven ability to manage renewals and meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
  • A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with clients in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, or within CRM/data services platforms.

  • Experience with customer success platforms and tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and customer success strategies.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
