Key Responsibilities:

As a Dedicated Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing warm and welcoming support to internal and external customers, building positive relationships, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to individuals seeking to travel, use freight or baggage services, and addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Handling various aspects of check-in and registration, including working an electronic retail location system, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolving related issues and complaints.
  • Processing payments, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons, and balancing daily transactions.
  • Inspecting baggage and freight, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, paging clients, resolving issues or grievances, and assisting on a case-by-case basis.
  • Managing overbooked or delayed flights, lost, delayed, or damaged luggage, and resolving such issues quickly and in accordance with established organizational rules.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective loading of the aircraft.
