Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through live chat and text messaging. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to and engaging in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
- Providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries
- Engaging with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
- Identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including ERA (Escalation Rate Average) and conversation volume targets
- Operating within multiple software platforms to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Education & Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Access to high-speed internet
- Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Work Schedule
Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of shifts, including:
- Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
