Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and exceeding their expectations. This is a part-time opportunity with a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers, including answering questions about our products and services
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Utilize various computer programs and software simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to customer inquiries
  • Work as the primary point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; online business part administration specialist certification preferred

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software
  • Ability to type at a minimum speed of 30 wpm

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
