Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Global E-commerce Support Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone and chat interactions. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to their problems. Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chat requests from customers
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer questions about arenaflex.com
- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and delivery
- Offer solutions and alternatives to customers when necessary
- Work as a liaison between customers, merchants, and internal teams
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering chats
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate (obtained after completing a 14-day training program)
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in an e-commerce environment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in writing (minimum 30 wpm) and business writing
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief and friendly assistance, and exceptional closing skills
- Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
- Ability to exhibit learning and thinking skills
- Solid time management skills
- Bilingual capabilities (an asset)
