Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team. As a Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing dimension and analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce. You will work closely with our team to develop, manage, and analyze data-driven insights that inform business decisions and drive commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Performance Analytics and Forecasting
+ Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive evaluation to inform business decisions + Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish + Build dashboards and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data + Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners + Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs + Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines
Measurement and Analytics
+ Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports + Monitor data quality and document accuracy; improve if needed + Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results + Apply progressive analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights + Stay up-to-date with today's data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members

Essential Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role + Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques + Proactive interest in understanding the "why" behind performance, decisions, etc. + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time + Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) + Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment + Experience with SQL and R or Python
Nice-to-Haves
+ Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses + Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI + Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python + Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills + Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members + Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science
