Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive travel experience from the moment they arrive at the airport until they reach their destination. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and any inquiries they may have regarding their travel plans.
- Ticketing and Reservations: Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations using our reservation systems. Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and policies.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Baggage Handling: Assist with baggage check-in and retrieval, ensuring that all luggage is handled safely and efficiently.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security protocols, ensuring compliance with airline regulations and procedures.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
