Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive travel experience from the moment they arrive at the airport until they reach their destination. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and any inquiries they may have regarding their travel plans.
  • Ticketing and Reservations: Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations using our reservation systems. Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and policies.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Baggage Handling: Assist with baggage check-in and retrieval, ensuring that all luggage is handled safely and efficiently.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security protocols, ensuring compliance with airline regulations and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless travel experience for customers.
  • Promote Services: Inform customers about arenaflex's services, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance their travel experience.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree preferred.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, is essential.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Using Computers and Software Applications: Proficiency in using computers and various software applications is required.
  • Flexibility to Work Various Shifts: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
  • Bilingual Skills: Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
