The Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and provide exceptional support to our subscribers. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing a positive experience for our subscribers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
