Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information about arenaflex products and services
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with chat supervisors to ensure seamless customer support
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Daily Tasks
* Log into the arenaflex chat application and respond to customer messages
- Assist customers with product selection and troubleshooting
- Provide timely and effective customer support via live chat, email, and electronic message boards
- Collaborate with chat supervisors to resolve complex customer issues
Training and Support
* Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you're well-equipped to handle customer interactions and common questions
- A chat supervisor will be available to assist with any complex customer queries
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to improve customer support skills
Specifications
* Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term
- Rate: $35 per hour
- Requirements:
+ Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully + Reliable internet connection
- Hours: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
- Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates in the United States

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a live chat or call center environment
