As a Customer Services Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in connecting, rearranging, maintaining, and repairing our services for customers. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Services Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting, repairing, and rearranging cable conductors
- Reviewing and analyzing prints, diagrams, or schematic drawings
- Splicing and waterproofing coverings
- Repairing and maintaining outside plant facilities
- Climbing ladders and poles (where necessary)
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Valid state driver's license
- Non-negligent driving record
- Ability to meet 300lbs weight limit due to safety restrictions
- Ability to perceive differences in wire and cable colors
- Ability to lift and move up to 100lbs
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with technical or mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
