Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Transportation Analytics crew. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for working with large, messy, disparate datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You'll develop data visualizations, create ETLs, and leverage scripting languages to automate reporting and analysis. Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that will challenge your skills and help you grow as a professional. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions
• Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the effect of modifications and specific business challenges
• Creating ETLs or tactics that pull data from multiple locations and centralize it in a single table
• Engaging with team members and cross-functional groups on a periodic basis to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs
• Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting and analysis
• Documenting your approaches and sharing your expertise with colleagues
• Mentoring junior team members as you become a Subject Matter Expert

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity
• Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards
• Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root motivate business problems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL and data visualization
• Advanced experience with Tableau and scripting languages (Python preferred)
• Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
• Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
• Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
