Job Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Addressing Customer Needs: Respond to inbound calls and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, following established call flows and guidelines.
  • Collaborating with Internal Partners: Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to claims, provider searches, and benefits.
  • Maintaining Professionalism: Document all interactions in accordance with Quality Assurance Guidelines and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Meeting Production Standards: Adhere to scheduled work hours and maintain production and adherence standards.
  • Managing Customer Inquiries: Assist callers with various inquiries, manage potential frustrations and complaints, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center is required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, is required.
  • Dual Monitor Experience: Experience using dual monitors and multiple applications simultaneously is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
